As a frequent KBBQ enjoyer in LA, I had to try out some of the local offerings out here in Paris. It did not disappoint. While tasty, the flavors were different from what I’m used to back home. The marinades were a lot more mild which highlighted the quality of the meat. The traditional sides like kimchi and edamame were delicious and the appetizer gyoza were great as well.
